Shipping:

We ship worldwide. Your item(s) will ship within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). A tracking number will be provided for your shipment. You are charged only the actual shipping costs with no handling fees. Shipping prices are based upon the weight and size of the parcel.

International Buyers: Please note that there are restrictions on some products which cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Return/Refund Policy:

If you need to return an item, please contact us using the form below. 

All returns are evaluated on a case by case basis. Due to the hygienic nature of safety razors, we cannot refund or accept their return if they have been used no matter how clean they may appear to be after using them. Generally, you may return most new, unused items within 7 days of confirmation of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For all other return/refund requests, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
